Izaak, a digital market executive at AppInstitute uses ActiveCollab to ensure smooth content marketing processes. Our product allows users build their own apps without having to code. Content Marketing is what drives significant growth for our company. We used to spend a lot on PPC advertising, but now we spend less on content that helps us rank higher organically. Our leaders contribute their experiences and thoughts to a variety of publications, forums, and blogs. We also publish regular, detailed, and comprehensive content on our blog. It’s a lot of work, especially if you have a small marketing team. We often need freelancers to create content for our blog. This makes it a lot more difficult to manage all the people involved in our projects. We relied on spreadsheets, Slack channels, and email chains to manage everything. This often made things feel complicated. It was becoming difficult to keep everything up-to-date and organized. We quickly realized that something had got to change. We were unable to grow as much because of our inefficient content marketing efforts. We were spending too much time managing individual projects and not enough time creating ideas that would help us grow. ActiveCollab was recommended to me by a member of their team. I have used project management tools before. I’ve used them before. I had to complete a module on them for my Marketing qualification. But I hadn’t tried this one. What struck me was its simplicity. I always believed that project management tools were designed to make it easier to manage projects. It seemed like many of them did nothing but that. ActiveCollab is different. It’s easy to understand and intuitive. It’s easy to add content creators and it doesn’t require any training. ActiveCollab makes it easy to assign briefs to different writers, track their progress, and manage invoicing. These tasks were previously handled by a few tools, but now we only use one. ActiveCollab’s calendar feature is a great way to manage our content calendar. We can plan content around holidays, product launches, and other events. We have been able to publish more content and build more links since using ActiveCollab. This has helped us grow our organic rankings by leaps and bounds. It was an absolute pleasure to use and I look forward to using it in the future.
