1. Free Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders placed through laptopstorenearme.myshopify.com.

2. Delivery Timelines

2.1 Chennai Next-Day Delivery

  • Next-day delivery is available for orders within Chennai.

2.2 Standard Delivery Times

  • Tamil Nadu: Orders are shipped within 2-4 working days.
  • Other States: Orders may take 4-7 working days for shipping.

⏳ Shipping timeframes exclude public holidays and Sundays.

3. Shipping Process

  • Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Each order can only be shipped to one destination address as specified during checkout.
  • If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
  • We only use reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

4. Order Tracking

  • You can track your order status using your Order ID / Billing No.
  • If you face any issues with tracking, please contact our Customer Support Team.

5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you believe that the package is damaged or tampered with, please:
  • Do NOT accept the delivery.
  • Contact our Customer Care immediately and provide your Order Reference         Number.
  • We will arrange a replacement delivery as soon as possible.

6. Non-Delivery & Disputes

  • If you do not receive your order, but you receive a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 1 day of the confirmation message.
  • We will investigate and resolve the matter at the earliest.
