1. General

GBS Systems & Services Pvt Ltd, having its registered address at:

(“GBS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), manages and operates the website laptopstorenearme.myshopify.com (collectively referred to as the “GBS Digital Platform”).

Through the GBS Digital Platform, we facilitate the sale of Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Monitors, Printers, Accessories, and other products (collectively referred to as “Product(s)”) to users of the platform (“User,” “Users,” “you,” or “your”).

Our goal is to provide a hassle-free shopping experience from order placement to returns. This Cancellation, Replacement, Return, and Refund Policy (“Policy”), together with our Terms of Use, outlines our procedures and policies for handling order cancellations, product replacements, returns, and refunds.


2. Applicability of the Policy

By using the GBS Digital Platform and/or placing an order for Product(s), you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Policy without modification.

🔹 If you do not agree with these terms, you are advised not to proceed with transactions on the GBS Digital Platform.
🔹 This Policy is subject to periodic updates. We recommend reviewing it each time you use the platform to stay informed of any changes.


3. Cancellation of Orders

3.1 Order Cancellation Window

You can partially or fully cancel orders before the shipment is marked as “Out for Delivery.” Once the status updates to “Out for Delivery,” cancellation is no longer possible.

3.2 How to Cancel an Order

  • You can track and manage your order under the “My Orders” section in your account on the GBS Digital Platform or via the link sent to your registered email.
  • If you change your mind, you can cancel the order before it is “Out for Delivery” through the “My Orders” section.

3.3 Cancellation Confirmation & Refunds

  • Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will attempt to cancel the order as long as it is not “Out for Delivery.”
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation request is accepted.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-7 business days from the date of acceptance of the cancellation request.

3.4 Refund Process

  • The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase or as a store credit that can be used for future purchases.
  • All refunds (except store credits) are subject to our discretion, applicable policies, and the terms of your bank/financial institution.

3.5 Bulk Order Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel bulk orders placed on the platform.
